1} Respect us. If there's any error, tell us kindly. Do not bring in parents, family or any.. you know.
2} By ordering and confirming, you agree that backing out last minute will not make you liable for any refund.
3} You may change the item before confirmation but after confirming, items have already been ordered and no exchanging is allowed.
4} Items are all brandnew unless otherwise stated.
5} Postage charges will be imposed by the following rates:
For clothes
1 item: $1.50
2 items: $1.50
3 items and above: price negotiable.
In bulk (10 items and above): Meetups for collection as postage is a little expensive.
For other items
1 item: $2.00

Registered post at additional $3.00. Add-on to the normal mail.
6} Meetups on our convenience. Please do not ‘force’ a date on us. Please do understand we are holding our day jobs as well.
Free meetups at Boon Lay, Pioneer, Dover, Clementi.
Meetups at Jurong East, Raffles Place, City Hall, Outram Park, Dhoby Ghaut will be $3.00 as it is very busy at that area and to avoid being obstruction to other people.

7} Payment MUST be made in full before confirmation.
8} Payment MUST be made within 3 days otherwise reservation of item will be cancelled and open to others. We are running on hand with a private supplier so we cant hold them too long.
9} All purchases are NOT refundable/exchangeable. Of course, i will give you a refund if the item you ordered is out of stock.
10} Items will look the same as picture but on certain occasions, colour of the items may have slight variations due to the lightings. We are not held responsible for this.
11} We are not held responsible for ANY lost mail. If you are worried about lost mail, the option of having a registered mail is opened to you. With, of course, a price tag :D
12} We will reply emails. Give us time to reply as we want to bring the best to you.
13} Hope you do have a nice time with us. Do be patient with us as well : )
NOTE:
1} Meetups will be ALL held back until end of May/ early June due to excessive workload.
2} NO SWAPPING ALLOWED unless otherwise stated.
3} Emails will be replied during the night, so please understand and do not spam our inbox with topics/contents like 'Hello, did you see my email i've just sent u 10minutes ago!?', 'Why u haven reply my email $#^%$%**^&
4} Postages will be sent out on alternate days {Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays}. Of course, we will send it on other days as well, depending on situation.
5} Feedbacks/testimonials/complains/whatever you feel about us, please email us! :)
6} We have sales on period basis, so do keep a lookout alright!? Do not pester us for discount cos our prices are given the best already.
7} Our items are imported, so prevent from asking why is it so expensive (for some items). We carry goods directly from Hongkong, Korea, Japan and many more. (Fly there, choose there, sent back) therefore goods are very limited.
8) We are allowed to change terms&condi, prices or anything else. However, we will highlight to you :)
9} Customers profile will be kept top top secret :D
